Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM) was founded in 2007 as a branch of Touro College, a private, non-profit institution with campuses across the United States. TUCOM was established to provide high-quality medical education and training to aspiring osteopathic physicians. The college is located in Vallejo, California and is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). TUCOM offers a four-year Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree program with an emphasis on primary care. The curriculum includes instruction in anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders.
