The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine was established in 1976. It was the first school of osteopathic medicine in New Jersey and one of the largest osteopathic medical schools in the United States. Applicants must submit MCATs and premedical committee letter. Accepted students must have baccalaureate degree upon matriculation to UMDNJSOM. Applicants may complete online application through AACOMAS and must be submitted between 6/1 of that year and 2/1 of the year of desired admission. Must be U. S. citizen/permanent resident at time of application. Out-of-state students encouraged to apply.
