Geekbench 3 Becomes a Google Play as a Benchmark for ‘The Real World’

These days updating Geekbench, one of the most famous benchmarks multiplatform. Geekbench 3 comes with a benchmark to measure performance ‘in the real world’, according to own boys of Primate Labs, since that difference between mono operations and multicore in all their tests, in addition to other news.

It is not a graphical benchmark but it calculates as its predecessors operations with integers, eat floating and memory. Also added up to 15 new tests they go from encryption processing of signals or images.

With this new test scores they are not comparable to the Geekbench 2, and mononucleo individual score is included to highlight that there are still many applications not adapted to the benefits of the Dual Core on which would be not taken into account in any other way.

Also other 12 tests have been rewritten from the previous version, in order to make them more representative of everyday scenarios.

The application has a price of 0.79 euros and it supports from Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and is available in Google Play, in addition to other platforms such as iOS, Windows, Linux or OS X.
